Today the USCIS announced that the Form I-9 has been approved through August 31, 2012. The updated form contains a new revision date of August 7, 2009. Employers may use either the Form I-9 with the revision date of August 7, 2009 OR February 2, 2009. Please check your forms and make sure the correct version of the form is being used. The updated form can be found on our bLAWg and the USCIS website.
